Zoom options include 1-month Pro access and 3-, 6- or 12-month options listing 100 participants. Delivery may use a supplied account or renewal on your own account; trial, renewal and warranty conditions depend on the selected option.

❗ Notes for customers upgrading Zoom:

1. Customers should not change the password while registering/upgrading the package with us. This is so our side can log in to check and fix issues as quickly as possible if any problem happens with the Zoom Pro package.
2. If customers change the password, please notify the shop of the new password.
3. After upgrading, if you log in and see a 2-factor authentication (2FA) prompt, please press “Skip” and continue using normally.
4. Some accounts are provided directly by the shop with full email access included for faster processing.

Delivery is fulfilled after payment. Some plans require your account email; please contact support with your order details.

Warranty by option

NW = No warranty; FW = Full-term warranty. W5H = 5 hours of warranty; W5D = 5 days of warranty. Service periods are separate: 1D = 1 day; 12M = 12 months. Coverage, exclusions and the start time follow the original option terms. Short acceptance checks are listed separately.
